List Management (LM)

We all have “to-do” lists — only your lists include items like alarm shelving, instrumentation maintenance and equipment repair. The AgileOps LM module gives plants the capability to manage lists easily and efficiently — whether generated by engineers, operators or supervisors — making appropriate adjustments to the control system based on items in the list. LM represents our newest, most advanced version of ProSys Special Alarm Management. The most common LM application is for operator alarm shelving, which allows the integrity of the alarm system to be maintained while allowing full-cycle operator alarm management. LM also facilitates shelving of nuisance alarms while not allowing the shelved alarms to be forgotten.
